Mr. Machaka’s started his legal journey in 1998 at Legal Aid Board in Soweto where he served his article of clerkship servicing the indigent members of the community of Soweto until the end of his contract in the year 2000. He joined the National Prosecuting Authority in the year 2000 and was admitted as an attorney in 2001.
He resigned from the National Prosecuting Authority in 2004 to form Machaka Attorneys. He has vast experience in litigation particularly in criminal and civil litigation. He has distinguished himself as an experienced and reliable Divorce attorney and administrator of deceased estates.
Mr Machaka was admitted as a conveyancer on the 24th day February 2022 and has been practising as such and has registered a considerable amount deed in the Deeds Office. Throughout the years, the firm has distinguished itself for its excellent services under the stewardship of the founder.
Mr Machaka specialises in Conveyancing, litigation, Debt Collection, divorce family law and criminal law. Due to proximity of the main court in Soweto (Protea court), our firm has assisted many law firms as correspondence for debt collection matters initiated and prosecuted therein, to name but a few Hogen Lovells, S Roux Inc, NVDB Attorneys, Strauss Daly Attorneys etc. Mr Machaka is the first Chairperson of the Soweto Legal Fraternity, a legal body of legal practitioners in Soweto.
