The Firm

Machaka Chewe Incorporated previously Machaka Attorneys, the firm was incorporated on 14 October 2021. Machaka Attorneys was established in January 2004 and has been operating since then. Machaka Chewe Incorporated is 100% black owned and it’s Managing Director, Mr Chewe Sidwell Machaka is a former Public Prosecutor with the National Prosecuting Authority. He is also admitted as Conveyancer.

He has vast experience in various aspects of law and has acted as a Magistrate in the Protea Magistrate Court. He is giving back to community by taking under his wing a team of young, vibrant and aspiring attorneys and together they help communities navigate through legal challenges.
